At this year's Anime Expo, the biggest Japanese pop culture event in North America, Viz Media brings a sequence of exciting news. Besides the merchandise reveals, talks with special guests and else, there was a lot of new manga and art book announcements.

The Art of Junji Ito: Twisted Visions

A new art book by the renowned horror mangaka Junji Ito. With his 30th birthday, the artist partnered with Nekumi+ Comics to release a collection of 133 assorted artworks and manuscripts, both in either bright colors or eerie black and white. Bundled with it, an interview with Junji himself and brief commentary on the artwork covered — from the beginnings of Uzumaki and Gyo all the way up to his most recent pieces.
